Cutie Kollectibles is a small business dedicated to bringing merchandise from Japan to collectors in the United States at an affordable price. With their goal of selling on online platforms and at flea markets, I created a logo for the business that could be used interchangeably and would help establish its identity.

I was given directions to create a logo that was cute and captured aspects of the “kawaii” aesthetic, which consists of soft colors, round elements, and an emphasis on cuteness. Seeing how their current inventory consisted of cute characters and bright colors, I stayed with a limited palette. To further the development of their business identity, I also created a black-and-white version of the logo and assisted them in creating a simple business card.
